Our philosophy is to construct projects with an emphasis on quality design incorporating energy efficiency to meet the challenge of carbon reduction and sustainability.
At AA Architecture we charge a fixed fee for all services. The standard fees for full architectural services are based on a percentage of construction cost between 10% to 14%. Our fixed fees are up to 40% less than our competitors.
