Dormer roofs

Need more space?
Why not convert your attic and put a dromer roof window to the rear. this creates great space and the dormer maximises the head height in the room.
For houses with hipped roofs, we have the solution. We build up ytour hip into a dutch which takes advantage of the space and usually solves any issues with access stairs to the attic room.
Planning is required for attic conversions with hip alterations to dutch hip and for dormer roofs.
